Terms of Service

The rules and conditions governing use of our services.

By accessing or using any service provided by Trend Outlet LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client" or "User") and Trend Outlet LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Trend Outlet LLC provides the following professional services:

  • Cybersecurity consulting, penetration testing, and security assessments
  • Software development (web applications, mobile apps, APIs, and cloud systems)
  • Digital branding, UI/UX design, and digital marketing strategy
  • Cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and infrastructure management
  • Security training and awareness programs

Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual Service Agreements or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the parties.

3. Client Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information required for service delivery
  • Obtain all necessary authorizations before engaging our security testing services
  • Not use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Pay all fees in accordance with agreed payment terms
  • Maintain confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
  • Notify us promptly of any security incidents or unauthorized access

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Property

All proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing intellectual property used by Trend Outlet LLC remain our exclusive property. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4.2 Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables as specified in your Service Agreement. Custom-developed software ownership is transferred only when explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

4.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data, content, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a limited license to use such materials solely to perform the contracted services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years. We will not disclose security vulnerabilities, system configurations, or client data to any third party without written consent, except as required by law.

6. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are due within thirty (30) days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days overdue
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are the client's responsibility

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Outlet LLC's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trend Outlet LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: your use of our services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or your failure to obtain proper authorizations for security testing activities.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with thirty (30) days written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use of services. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred and must cease use of any deliverables not fully paid for.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction therein.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
